following the rules can be fun

This is what my kids wore to school today instead of costumes.  The younger two were not allowed to wear them and Buddy's wasn't finished yet.  So I found $2 shirts and small pieces of fabric and made some designs using my Cameo.  The kids were excited to wear these!

 

in which she lost another tooth

It's amazing how fast teeth can fall out around here.  Sunshine lost another tooth and she was super excited about it, as you can see.  She drew pictures.  She made holders so the Tooth Fairy wouldn't get confused.  Sunshine is absolutely precious like that.

However, the Tooth Fairy didn't have any ones, so Sunshine had to wait a day before collecting her "prize."

in which she built a ferris wheel

Buddy got some K'nex for Christmas and has been building all kinds of things.  Then he let Sunshine play with them.  She took the instruction booklet and built the ferris wheel.  I went into her room after she was asleep and found this.  I tried spinning it, but something felt different.  So I looked a little closer.  She stuck her Lego animals on the ferris wheel so they could take a ride.  I LOVE how her brain works.  She is so creative and she thinks of things that I normally wouldn't think of.
